FAQs & Policies
We reserve the right to cancel any orders that have not yet been fulfilled due to pricing errors or the misuse of coupon codes or any order that does not otherwise adhere to our policies.
If an item is in stock, we have a fulfillment time of 2-3 business days before your order ships.
Preorder items are fulfilled within 2-3 days after we receive our shipment. Please check the items description for the estimated shipping date of preorder items.
All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to help process exchanges & returns within 21 days of order delivery. Accepting returns or exchanges after 21 days are at the discretion of The Proper Pinup.
We will only accept returns and exchanges of items which have no signs of damage or wear and have all tags still attached. We will not accept any item that is not in brand new, unworn condition or missing tags.
We do not cover the shipping costs for mailing back returns and exchanges.

If you would like to cancel your order after it has been placed, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it. If you still wish to cancel after you receive your order, please reach out to us to process a return. We do not cover the cost of shipping the items back to us.

Unfortunately we cannot make changes to billing addresses or make any changes to an order once it has been shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
The Proper Pinup is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged after shipping. We cannot refund or replace items that are lost or damaged during transit. If you suspect your item is lost or stolen, please submit a claim with USPS.
Please understand that we are a small business and cannot cover costs associated with a lost or stolen packages. However if you received a damaged item and suspect it was damaged before shipping, please reach out to us.
